Most Ice-Watch quartz and digit watches are water-resistant between <strong>5 and 10 ATM</strong>. For details on each level, see our article on quartz watch water resistance.</p><hr><h2 id="-specific-situations">&#x1F6BF; Specific situations</h2><h3 id="can-i-wear-my-watch-in-the-shower-or-in-a-hot-tub">Can I wear my watch in the shower or in a hot tub?</h3><p><strong>We recommend taking it off, whatever the model.</strong> Even though the ICE fit RT 3.0 and quartz watches are water-resistant, hot water and steam damage the seals and sensors: always remove your watch before a bath, a shower, a hot tub or a sauna.</p><h3 id="can-i-swim-with-my-watch">Can I swim with my watch?</h3><p><strong>Only with the ICE fit RT 3.0</strong> (5 ATM), excluding intensive swimming and diving. All other smartwatch models are not designed for swimming or immersion.</p><h3 id="can-my-child-wear-their-ice-smart-junior-or-ice-kids-4g-while-playing-in-water">Can my child wear their ICE smart junior or ICE Kids 4G while playing in water?</h3><p><strong>No.</strong> These watches are rated IP68: remove them before the pool, the bath or water games. Also avoid chlorinated water.</p><h3 id="can-i-use-my-watch-in-cold-weather-or-snow">Can I use my watch in cold weather or snow?</h3><p>Yes, but temperatures below <strong>&#x2212;10 &#xB0;C</strong> can reduce battery performance.
