If your ICE app asks for a Magic Code, don’t worry — it simply means you’ve opened the wrong application.
That code is reserved for jewelers / retailers who activate store demo units.
🧭 To fix it:
- Check your model and install the right app:
- ICE smart 1.0 / 2.0 / 3.0 → ICE smart app
- ICE fit 1.0 / 3.0 → ICE fit app
- ICE smart junior 1.0 / 2.0 / 3.0 / Find My → ICE junior app
👉 Simply uninstall the wrong app, install the correct one, and you’re good to go!
📱 Tip: Download your app from Google Play or the App Store to ensure you’re using the latest version. Once you have the right one, everything should work instantly.
