Heart rate data not syncing to Strava?
This is a common issue caused by a missing permission in the Strava app. To fix it:
- Open the Strava app on your phone.
- Go to your Profile (5th tab at the bottom).
- Tap the Settings icon (gear, top right).
- Select Health Data, then Fitness condition data.
- Make sure access to health data is authorised. Enable it if not.
💡 If this permission is disabled, Strava will not include health data such as heart rate in your recorded activities, and some features may be limited.
How to connect the ICE Smart app to a third-party app
- Open the ICE Smart app.
- Go to Settings → look for "Connect with..." or "Data sharing".
