Calls and messages depend on your watch model

Features differ between ICE-Watch models. Check the model name before following any instructions.

ICE Kids 4G

• The ICE Kids 4G has no phone number and cannot be called like a regular telephone.
• Anyone who wants to contact or track the watch, including an approved guest account, must install and use the ICE Kids 4G app.
• Calls, video calls, voice messages, text messages, photos and location sharing use the ICE Kids 4G app and platform. They are not traditional phone calls or traditional SMS that work without the app.
• Guest access cannot be limited by individual function. An approved guest may access the available communication and tracking functions, including location, messages and calls.

ICE Smart and ICE Fit

Some ICE Smart and ICE Fit models support Bluetooth calling through a paired phone. This feature requires Bluetooth calling to be enabled, the watch to remain near the phone, and the relevant app permissions to be granted. This Bluetooth calling information does not apply to the ICE Kids 4G.

ICE Smart Junior

ICE Smart Junior models do not place calls from the watch itself. They rely on the paired phone for their connected functions.
