🔋 Which cable for which model?
Each Ice-Watch smartwatch has its own charging cable. Use the one that matches your model:
- ICE smart (adult watches) and ICE smart band: orange cable
- ICE fit 3.0 and ICE fit RT 3.0: orange cable
- ICE fit 1.0: black cable with a round base
- ICE smart junior: black cable
- ICE Kids 4G: white cable
- ICE smart mimi and ICE smart SP 2.0: white cable with a round magnetic base
💡 Some ICE fit RT 3.0 watches come with a white cable: it is compatible with the orange cable, but it is not the same as the ICE Kids 4G cable.
⚠️ Cables are not interchangeable between models, even if they look similar. A junior watch cable will not charge an adult watch, and vice versa.
💡 Third-party cables may not charge your watch correctly. Always use the original cable for your model.
🔍 How do I know which model I have?
The model name is shown on the original box and on your invoice. Your smartwatch reference number can be found on the back of the box or on your invoice (more rarely, it is also shown on the back of the watch). It always consists of 6 digits, with no letters: if the number you find contains letters, it is not the reference number.
