Heart rate data not syncing to Strava?
The most common cause is a missing permission in the Strava app itself.
- Open the Strava app.
- Go to your Profile (5th tab at the bottom).
- Tap the Settings icon (gear, top right).
- Select Health Data, then Fitness condition data.
- Make sure access to health data is authorised. Enable it if not.
💡 If this permission is disabled, Strava will not include health data such as heart rate in your recorded activities.
How to connect the ICE Smart app to a third-party app
- Open the ICE Smart app.
- Go to Settings → look for "Connect with..." or "Data sharing".
- Select the app you want to connect and follow the on-screen instructions.
